Spicy Tomato & Dill Soup Recipe
Cook Time: 50 minutes|
- 6 garlic cloves
- 2 onions (medium size)
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 3 cans tomatoes, chopped
- handfull dill
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp chili flakes (or 1 whole red chili, deseeded)
- 100 mL cream
- Fry the garlic and onions in butter until soft.
- Add tomatoes, stock, dill and seasonings.
- Simmer for 40 minutes.
- Transfer into blender and blend, then return to pot. Add chilli, fresh chopped dill and cream to taste.
- Serve hot, with bread.
