Beetroot Mille-Feuille Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces beetroot, peeled
  • 4 tbsp apple vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 125g goat cheese, sliced
  •   candied kumquats

Preparation

  1. Thinly slice beetroots.
  2. Mix marinate ingredients: vinegar, honey and olive oil.
  3. Marinate beetroots for 2 hours.
  4. Arrange beetroots alternately with goat cheese slices. Serve decorated with kumquats slices.
