Matcha Jelly Recipe

Ingredients

  • 450mL water
  • 4g kanten (1 package)
  • 60g sugar
  • 2 tsp matcha
  • 60mL boiling water
  •   fruits to serve

Preparation

  1. Mix matcha with 60mL boiling water, until there are no lumps (or use strainer).
  2. Heat 450mL water, add sugar, dissolve it in hot water.
  3. Add kanten, mix well.
  4. Add matcha, stir well.
  5. Cool down and refrigerate.
  6. Cut into cubes before serving. Decorate with fruits.
