Cucumber Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp mint leaves, chopped + some for garnish
  • 1/2 lemon, juice only
  •   Zubrovka vodka

Preparation

  1. Peel cucumbers, remove seeds, cut into 2-3 cm long sections.
  2. Blend cucumbers, salt, water, sugar, lemon juice and mint leaves.
  3. Pour cucumber mixture in ice cream maker.
  4. Serve with Zubrovka and mint leaves.
