Cucumber Sorbet Recipe
Cook Time: 45 minutes|
- 2 large cucumbers
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- pinch salt
- 2 tbsp mint leaves, chopped + some for garnish
- 1/2 lemon, juice only
- Zubrovka vodka
- Peel cucumbers, remove seeds, cut into 2-3 cm long sections.
- Blend cucumbers, salt, water, sugar, lemon juice and mint leaves.
- Pour cucumber mixture in ice cream maker.
- Serve with Zubrovka and mint leaves.
