Potato Wedges Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 potato
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 cube chicken tastemaker (optional)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  •   salt
  •   oil

Preparation

  1. Cut potato in finger shape and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add little water to salt and sprinkle over potatoes while frying.
  3. Beat the egg well. Add garam masala and chicken taste maker to egg and mix well.
  4. Dip the fried potatoes in the egg mixture and marinate with bread crumbs.
  5. Fry the marinated potato fingers till it becomes golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce or tomato ketchup.
