Watermelon Pops Recipe

Ingredients

  • 5 cups seedless watermelon, chopped
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • pinch fine salt
  •   popsicle sticks
  • 1/3 cup fresh lime juice (optional)

Preparation

1. Use a blender to purée the watermelon, sugar, salt and lime juice.

2. Pour the mixture into popsicle moulds, insert popsicle sticks. Place in freezer until firm, about 4 hours.
