Chocolate Strawberries Recipe

- 150 g milk (or dark) chocolate
- 60 g white chocolate
- 1 pint fresh strawberries, with stems
In a microwave-safe bowl, or in a double boiler over simmering water. Melt the milk (or dark) chocolate. Stir occasionally, until chocolate is smooth. Hold strawberries by the stem and dip them in the melted chocolate. Place on dish (or stem down on a wire rack) and let them harden. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over strawberries. Serve once hardened, or chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
