Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Toppings
  •   blueberries
  •   cinnamon powder

Preparation

Blend all ingredients, except chia seeds, in blender until smooth. Whisk in chia seeds. For a smooth version, blend all ingredients including chia seeds until completely smooth.

Pour mixutre into jar or glass container and refrigerate minimum 4 hours (or overnight).
