Chia Pudding Recipe
Preparation Time: 5 minutes / chill: overnight

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- fruits
- nuts
- jam
Preparation
Mix together chia seeds, coconut milk and honey and seal. Let sit in refrigerator overnight.
Once the pudding is thickened and the chia seeds have gelled, remove from fridge, top with fruits, jam and/or nuts and enjoy!
