Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients
- Crust
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs (~ 18 squares)
- Filling
- 1 lb softened cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups sour cream
Preparation
Mix together crust ingredients and press into 9-inch springform pan
Combine with cream cheese, sugar, vanilla
Beat in eggs
Add sour cream and mix still smooth
Pre-heat oven to 375 F
Bake 30 minutes
Turn off heat, do not open door, and leave in oven for 1 hour
Refrigerate before removing from pan
